In recent years, China's new energy vehicle industry has achieved remarkable results and formed a certain first mover advantage. In the first quarter of this year, the new energy vehicle market continued to develop well. At the same time, we should also see that at present, the development of China's new energy vehicle industry is facing a complex and changeable environment, the market development is not balanced enough, the industrial layout is not optimized enough, the intelligent competition is intensified, and the realization of high-quality development still needs hard work.

Strengthen technological innovation, support in-depth cooperation between industry, University, research and application, and carry out technological breakthroughs in vehicle chips, solid-state batteries, operating systems, high-precision sensors, etc. Improve the policy system, promote research and clarify the vehicle purchase tax reduction policy after 2023 as soon as possible, and formulate supporting policies such as accelerating the construction of charging and replacing electricity, and promoting the application of new energy vehicles in the public sector. Deepen international cooperation, accelerate the docking of rules and the unification of certification standards, build information sharing service platforms for overseas policies, regulations and standards, and create a market-oriented, legal and international business environment.
